Double Major and Minor Programs
Double Major Program is to allow academically successful students to study in a different discipline and to work towards a second undergraduate diploma in another department.
The Minor Program is a certificate program, consisting of courses that students attend for the purpose of getting information in a different field. The Minor Program does not mean a separate degree / associate degree program.

Minor program is a certificate program, consisting of courses that students attend for the purpose of getting information in a different field. It does not mean a seperate degree/associate degree program.
Applications for a minor program can be completed in the 3rd term of the first major at the earliest, or during the 5th term at the latest; and for associate degree, in the 2nd term at the earliest, or during the 3rd term at the latest.
Rules of minor program in Faculty of Fine Arts and Design are:
To have been successful in courses of the major program,
To achieve a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.50,
To take at least one studio class,
To obtain at least 18 credits for FFAD students / 24 credits for non FFAD students,
To receive approval from the designated department coordinator and advisor.
Allocation of the places will be restricted and decided on the basis of academic performance.
Application dates are determined and announced at the beginning of each academic year.
Applications accepted to the minor program are finalized after being discussed in the related faculty administrative committee.
The annual new student number accepted to minor program and double major program cannot exceed 20% of the number of students in the program in the 1st grade of the 1st semester of that year.
Minor program students can request to withdraw from a minor program. A student who withdraws from the minor program cannot enroll to the same program again.
